Resident Cards and Car Parking Stickers will be distributed at the Raanana municipality, 103 Ahuza street: Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 to 16:00.

Important!

• Youth/Senior Resident Card:  NIS 10
• Regular Resident Card:  NIS 15
• The rate for soldiers on duty and girls in national service is 10 NIS.

• Payment is in cash or by check made out to the Raanana Municipality
• In order to issue the residents' card, you must present an identity card bearing a Raanana address.
• In order to issue the "Youth Resident Card", you must present the print-out attachment from one of the parent's identity cards bearing the youth's name.
• In order to issue the car sticker (free of charge) you must present a residents' card and car license or leasing authorization from your employer (Click here to download the form.).
• The previous car sticker issued will be valid until the end of 2007.

Q:  Must the entire family come?
A:  Yes, because a picture for the card is taken when it is issued.

Q:  I have a leased car, what must I do in order to receive a car sticker?

Q:  I am 17.5 years old, do I receive a youth card or an adult card?
A:  The Youth card is issued to youth aged 13 – 18.  The regular resident card is issued from age 18 to 60.  A senior resident card is issued for ages 60 and older.

Q:  I have lived in Raanana in a rented apartment for the past 20 years and have not changed my address on my Identity card.  Can I be issued a resident card?
A:  In order to receive a resident card, you must present an Identity card with a Raanana address.

Q:  I work in Raanana.  Can I receive a car sticker?
A:  Only Raanana residents are eligible to receive a resident card and car sticker.

Q:  I am contacting you from overseas, I will only return in another two months.  Where can I receive a resident card?
A: Cards will be issued at stations posted in the announcements in the newspapers and the municipal website.

Q:  What happens if you lose the card?
A:  You must pay for another card to be issued.

Q:  Can you pay for the card by credit card?
A:  Payment is in cash or by check only.

Q:  Is there an exemption from payment?
A:  There is no exemption from payment.
