On Sunday, 27.3.11, the Knesset Absorption Committee, led by MK Dani Danon, held a joint meeting of the committee and the municipality, attended by Mayor Nahum Hofree, the deputy mayors, municipal officials, representatives of the city’s Aliyah associations, representatives of the Ministries of Absorption, Education and Internal Security.
