A shortcut for people building in Raanana:  The Raanana Municipality continues to make its services more efficient and expand online services on its Municipal Website, for the benefit of its residents.

From now on, a ‘Construction File’ will be available on the website containing forms and information for those with building permits on a list of important topics.  The file includes provisions of law, regulations, discounts, appendices and documents necessary for the entire construction process until receiving Form 4.  The forms are an integral part of the building permit conditions and can be downloading from the website, completed, scanned and sent back to the municipal offices by fax or by e-mail.

The file contains 8 different forms, including:  notification of selecting a registered contractor responsible for the construction of the building, notification of selecting a person responsible for supervision and reporting the supervision at the construction site – stage 3 – completion of the building’s foundation.

This service is part of the payment and online services system operated on the municipal website, including a request for land registry authorization, payment of regular bills (water, city taxes, sign fees), sending inquiries to the Municipal Moked 107, and the city map (GIS) that includes details of the location of schools, days that garden trimmings are collected, recycling centers, etc., as well as the online registration for preschools and schools.
