At a moving ceremony held during the meeting, the mayor presented the deputy mayor with a personal gift, a plaque for her many years of contribution to the city and its residents.

During the city council meeting, City Councilman, Attorney Eitan Ginzburg was elected to fill Attorney Sayad-Yitzchaki’s position as deputy mayor.

Mayor Nahum Hofree:  “My thanks and great appreciation to my deputy, who has supported me over the years and worked tirelessly on behalf of the city of Raanana.  I wish her the best of luck in her future, good health and personal fulfillment.”
