Mayor Nahum Hofree; Councilwoman Bella Tzur (welfare portfolio); Orna Leshem, Director of the Welfare Division Administration; and Etti and Moshe Hassan presented 12 computers to children in Raanana this week.

Keren Roi Lo Echsar is a foundation that was established by the Hassan Family 9 years ago, in memory of their late son Roi Hasson, of blessed memory, who died tragically in a car accident while serving in the IDF. The foundation assists Raanana's needy students in many areas.

The computers were given to the children as part of a project designed to provide the children with an equal opportunity in the educational and social framework in which they study.

Mayor Nahum Hofree thanked Etti and Moshe Hasson for their laudable and important contribution: "Your devoted and heartfelt efforts on behalf of the city's children have moved us all and have made you a symbol of community contribution. This contribution shall open up a new world of possibilities and new doors to the children on their road to success."
