Stage 2 in the Raanana Forest Project was Inaugurated

As part of the project to create a green ring surrounding the city, 120 trees were planted in a section dedicated to Raanana dignitaries
The green ring will include 20 thousand trees in the coming decade, walking and bicycle paths

Municipal employees, students and dozens of residents took part in a variety of sports activities held across the city

Raanana’s Hasharon Team is national champion In girls’ volleyball for middle schools

. At the end of a series of tough and intensive games in the eights, quarter and semi finals, the team won the final game against Kfar Saba’s Bar Lev team 3:1 and won the championship!

For the 9th consecutive year, Raanana hosts the Israeli ceramics fair – “Kad Vachomer”

The official opening will be attended by Mayor Nahum Hofree and Deputy Mayor Ronit Weintraub, on Tuesday, 17.6.08 at 18:00 in the evening, at the Raanana Park lake. The exhibition will be presented as an outdoor gallery around the lake, from Tuesday to Thursday – 17.6.08-19.6.08 from 18:00 to 23:00.
